Inclusive Design
For us, design can be both a process and an outcome of a process, it’s also a set of beliefs about what’s possible. It is the process of understanding how people feel, discovering why they feel that way, identifying what needs to change to make things right, and leading that change towards better outcomes.

Getting Started
Tell a Story
Sometimes determining where to start is the hardest part of a project. Write out a story to clarify the challenge, provide context, identify who is impacted, and to hint at the opportunity.

Connect the Dots
Sometimes getting answers is only the beginning. To make sense of those answers and to guide our path forward, we need to connect the dots. This shapes our ideas and makes sure they are connected to the realities of people’s experiences.

Imagine What's Possible
We are all born with the natural ability to imagine. Somewhere along the lines, many of us lose that child-like ability to dream the impossible. This stage is about letting go and embracing our inner-child, keeping an open mind, and unburdening ourselves from the practical to discover what’s truly possible.

Prove Out & Test the Data
Choose a small number of your favorite ideas, they could be the most imaginative ideas, or they could be the ones that your team is most excited about. The goal is to explore your best ideas by building and experimenting with potential solutions. This can be a roleplay, a pilot, or a prototype.

Implement & Measure
Ideally you’ve tested multiple ideas, gained feedback from the people who would be impacted, and narrowed down to the most feasible solutions. This stage is about making a plan for implementation and measuring the impact of the solution.
